The Glass Farm

where your creativity grows

About The Glass Farm

The Glass Farm is a unique ‘glass making’ studio for those that love to create, from the novice to the professional artist. Through classes, workshops and projects, we share knowledge and bring people together to explore their creativity using the magical material of glass, eg: blowing, casting and cutting glass.  The studio facilities are also available for rent.

Get in touch to discover how we can work together, whether as an individual or as a group, to realise your next creative project!

Sustainability

The Glass Farm is located on an organic farm in rural Leitrim. Working in partnership with the land is central to our ethos, and we are committed to reducing the environmental impact of glassmaking.

We use recycled glass and low-emission kilns and we are developing an innovative model for sustainable glassmaking that responds directly to the challenges of climate change. Protecting the environment is not an afterthought — it is embedded in every decision we make.

The Glass Farm is also a working farm, and social farming is central to what we do. Vulnerable adults are welcomed to experience farm life alongside us — a meaningful and grounding dimension of this project that reflects our broader commitment to community and care for people as well as place.
